Trinity College will waive the application fee for first-generation college students. This applies to both domestic and international students. Students applying to Trinity simply need to click the fee waiver box on the Common Application and then click the box that reads “I am a first-generation college student.”

Secondary School Requirements
国产偷拍视频Trinity requires a diploma from and certification by an accredited secondary school. The academic program should consist of at least 16 academic units, typically including the following minimum number of courses:
- English (four years)
- Foreign language (three years)
- Laboratory science (two years)
- Algebra (two years)
- Geometry (one year)

国产偷拍视频Secondary school juniors who have achieved a level of personal and intellectual maturity and of academic competence that implies readiness for college may apply for acceptance by early admission. In these circumstances, the regular application procedures should be followed during the junior year.
Trinity requires an evaluation from a college or guidance counselor and two teacher evaluations. The two required teacher evaluations should be completed by those who have instructed you in academic courses in either of your final two years of secondary school.

As of fall 2015, Trinity College does not require the SAT or ACT for all students applying for admission, including transfer applicants. In keeping with its commitment to a student-centered and thoughtful approach to admissions evaluation, Trinity College has developed a highly personalized process that allows the readers of your file to get to know you not just for your grades and curriculum, but for who you really are. The admissions committee will personally review your application to determine your academic preparation, the level and quality of your extracurricular activities and your potential fit with our community. The college uses a holistic approach to student admissions with emphasis placed on high school transcripts, recommendation letters, leadership positions, work history, involvement in school and community activities, and other characteristics that predict success. The college is test-optional, providing students the opportunity to present application material that accurately reflects their diverse academic talents and potential. Students can submit either the SAT or the ACT if they feel their results best represent their academic potential. The admission committee makes no assumptions as to why some students choose to submit scores while others don’t. All students are given equal consideration in the admission process. Students admitted to the Class of 2021 who chose to submit standardized test scores earned an average SAT score of 1380 and an average ACT score of 31.

International students may need to demonstrate English proficiency by submitting their results from either the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). We require the IELTS or TOEFL from students whose native language is not English and/or who have not studied for at least three years at a high school for which English is the language of instruction.
